This is a great dessert. My grandson brings his friends around just so i can make this for them.
Put crackers in a plastic bag and crush with rolling pin or soup can till they are powder. Crumb size depends on preference. I happen to like powder. Add the mayo and mix well. Add the garlic, salt and pepper. Consistency should be like runny oatmeal. Add the tuna last. After mixing everything together, let sit in the fridge for at least an hour for the tastes to mingle together.
