My favorite "sin" is the Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pie snacks... so I sought out to make a slightly healthier/more filling homemade version. This is the closest I could get.
Cream butter and sugar, add dry ingredients. Sppon on tray and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celcius

This is a fresh fruit salad that you can add ingredients or delete ingredients depending on your taste. My father made if for us and for our children. It is a healty snack and taste even better the second day.
Comfort food in healthy form. If you have leftovers serve it cold with salad or make a sammich out of it :)
These are great treats for kids and adults. I make these with my children and they love making them as well as eating them!!! I use 2% milk because of my kids but if you want to use skim go for it....great way to shave a few extra calories. I also calculated it for chocolate and vanilla pudding but any fat free pudding works great!
