This is a great low carb pizza. I've gone Ketogenic and put this together to stay compliant while enjoying my food.
This bread can be sliced and enjoyed like any other bread. Because it lacks gluten and doesn't contain yeast, it has a different texture (a bit crumbly) and taste (hardly sweet at all & a bit mealy) than wheat breads.
Slow cooked roast beef with a homemade gravy out of the broth from the roast. Mashed potatoes and green beans as a veggie.
My first attempt at black bean brownies. Tried to make them super clean and healthy. Next time I will use vanilla instead of almond extract, and raw organic sugar instead of agave. This first batch was extremely bitter and a little dry.
