I had some leftover turkey and decided to make a healthy turkey soup. I used my own homemade broth left over from roasting a turkey. It had been refrigerated and I skimmed all the fat off before using. You could use all canned broth if wanted.

Hard to know if full fat or nf Gk yogurt was originally used in recipe - both work for us, but we prefer the full fat.
My mom recently made a "cheeseburger soup", and seeing that it was delicious, I decided to make a "cheese soup" variation myself as a cooking experiment. Add the cayenne pepper to give it an extra-zesty kick!
This is an Atkins Recipe. Instead of 4 turnips, I used 2 large and decreased the olive oil to 1 Tbsp, Kosher salt to 1/2 tsp, and used 3/4 tsp of Hot Mexican Chili Powder to give it a kick.
Zone Recipe adapted to my tastes. I serve this with 3 light wasa crackers and some fruit. Quite tasty and filling
