I've been eating a very low sugar diet and loving it. I haven't made these yet, but wanted to get the nutrition info. I replaced the 1 T. of sugar called for with Truvia and am assuming that one packet will do it. The original recipe also called for buttermilk, which I replaced with the almond milk. The recipe made no mention of the number of servings, so I'm just guessig. I'll update that part after I've made them! :)
This is easy to prepare and even though there is no oil it is very tasty. I was surprised the first time I tried the dressing.
THis is a healthy low fat version of a Middle eastern staple- serve with tahini cream( see my other recipe) and Tabouli( also see my other recipe..and Melon slices, kalamata olives, and hummus and pita.
Boneless ribs make this dish simply tender and fabulous. Takes a little time but well worth it and relatively low in calories and sodium.
