I made these fat free Portabellas seasoned like steak topped with melted swiss cheese for lunch, along with a half of a large baking potato sliced long way, and drenched with the rich brown juice from the seasoned mushrooms, and a dollop of sour cream on each half of potato... lunch for two... 2 Mushrooms, One Potato halved. It was a treat!
