Adapted this recipe from a SB recipe I found. This is a wonderful change of pace from regular cole slaw.
This gets a lot of raves and my secret ingrediant is using starkist tuna for some reason it taste better.
I used ingredients I use to make deviled eggs to give it a different flavor (not good for those watching cholesterol though but great for low fat sandwich)
My other recipe uses spaghetti sauce, this one uses pizza sauce, with olive oil. makes is much less sodium etc.
This idea comes from my daughter - it is a healthy version of a "panucho" which is a fried corn tortilla with crushed beans spread actually inside the tortilla (in a pocket of sorts) that is topped with meat and vegetables. Made in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico.
