A basic chicken salad pairing traditional ingredients and a simple homemade Dijon sauce.
Combine all ingredients. Drop into hot oil, 1 teaspoon at a time, until golden brown. Serve while hot.
This was counted without the counts of the bun. I used whole wheat hoagie buns because they were the only whole wheat bun without High fructose corn syrup in the store. If you use a regular sized burger bun, there are 16 servings and then cut all nutritional counts in half. Turkey burger can be substituted.
