Found that my iron levels were low, so I devised this chili. Hopefully, the vitamin C in the tomatoes will cancel out the iron blocking oxalate in the spinach. Also made sure there were plenty of veggies to make sure I get about a cup of veggies in each serving.
A healthy way to enjoy the the tangy flavor of Buffalo Chicken Wings without the fat. The No Salt Cottage Cheese takes on the flavor and texture of blue cheese but keeps the sodium content down a bit.
Good for lettuce or regular wraps, I just eat it with reduced fat wheat thins.
Quick & easy to make. Can be assembled ahead of time and pop in the micro about 15 minutes before serving.
Not being very fond of the fish sauce, love the soup base and lots of veggies. So, this is my own version of Tom Yum Kung soup:) Enjoy!
