A super easy, yummy lunch! I eat mine with Special K cracker chips (Chili Lime is delicious!)
Basic Bean recipe mexican food. Can be used in chili recipes, refried or frozen for later. To add spice (heat) throw in a few jalapenos cut up or add Cayenne pepper to taste (or both).
For people calorie aware and family / friends who are not. For those who are not set out additional toppings, sour cream, avocado, shredded cheese, and for extra heat use jalapenos, or extra hot sauce. This recipe is well seasoned but not too spicy hot. I make this same recipe with chicken.
These make-ahead breakfast burritos include eggs, onions, potato, sausage, and cheese. They can be frozen for up to 3 months and reheated for 60 sec (30 sec at a time) while wrapped in a paper towel for a quick breakfast on the go.
