Original calls for 2 cups each of cheese, no egg whites, & half and half. I reduced the cheese & eggs, added egg whites & switched to skim milk to cut down on the calories
Original recipe called for rice, but I didn't add this. I used it on "cauliflower" rice to make it a little healthier. I just added the rice in separately in the calorie counter
Mix egg, morning start crumbles, cheese and onion. Cook in mini waffle maker for 2.5 minutes each. To with remaining ingredients as desired.
