I am addicted to Taco Bell's Fresco Bean Burrito's, but the nutrition info is a little high for my taste. So I came up with these to satisfy my craving! Believe it or not, its still easier on the wallet and easier on the waste line!
The beef in this salad marinates for only 10 minutes, but it gets great flavor from the lime juice, cilantro, and chili powder!
Quick and tasty burrito. Easy to make a large batch and toss it together in the mornings!
