This recipe is a jumping off point. Season as you wish. Sprinkle with herbs of your choice and/or Parmesan cheese. I like it with a little salt, pepper and garlic powder.
My family likes these WAY better than runzas from "Runza". They take a little time to make but so worth it!
THIS IS EASY AND WONDERFUL -- it has a SALTY SWEET TASTE.. even better than sweet potatoe frys
Made this with leftovers from the "crockpot sticky chicken"

This is great for leftover turkey also!
This tangy healthy version of a classic with virtually no fat and is very low carb. My picky husband actually likes it, so I think it's a winner!
A great way to use up left-over rice sitting in the refrigerator! A few of the ingredients I've used here are not exactly 'traditional', but in the end it tastes wonderful! :) I've worded the ingredient list with generic measurements, but I also weighed my ingredients, and used those to calculate the nutritional information. I've included my gram weights in parentheses below if you find them of use! :) [Created 2007-12-20.]
Just like Stuffed Peppers only the peppers are already in the mix.
This is a family recipe that my grandmother brought over with her from Sweden. All my children and grandkids love it, it is the "expected" breakfast when they spend the night at Nana's house. I have replaced the 3 eggs with egg beaters. Serve with syrup (not included in the calorie calculations. My husband and I use sugar free syrup. They are more like crepes and are also delicious with fresh berries and diet whipped topping.
