Found this yummy recipe for cinnimon rolls thinking about making it my Sunday Sleepin recipe
This incredibly easy and delicious mushroom soup is naturally thickened by blending the soup. No need to make a roux. The soup gets its creaminess from a bit of Neufchatel cheese (which is 1/3 less fat than cream cheese) and Greek yogurt.
Great alternative to fried rice that tastes just like the real thing! My husband didn't even know there was egg substitute in it :)
Similar to a recipe already posted but I used the reduced sugar mix and added pudding, cinnamon and vanilla extract and then mixed in chocolate chips
Make your own sausage for a healthier alternative to prepared, store bought sausage! I cut out most of the salt called for in this recipe for a low-sodium alternative. If you don't have an hour to let the spices meld, that's ok. Let them meld for as long as possible before cooking. They're tasty either way. Enjoy!

This is a favourite in my house. It may sound weird but it is really good. We eat it for dinner, but it would be good for brunch.
(I use the fake crab ... "sea legs" and like it more! I have also made it with cooked chicken)
Use Greek yogurt in place of higher-fat cheeses for a decadent yet guilt-free cheesecake!
This has been a family favorite for the last 40 years. It is always requested for birthday dinners, accompanied by frozen peas and "Romancing the Stone."
Do you have trouble avoiding McDonald's Frappe's? We did! LOL!! So we worked up a more healthy, protein replacement drink...we whiz it up before heading out the door and take it along in the thermos!

This recipe is scripture in the kitchen at my store - versitile, healthy, lightly sweet, very filling, and of course tasty. Here I've put the default version, Blueberry Walnut, but you can substitute the blueberries for any fruit your healthy heart desires, and the walnuts can be substituted for raisins, chocolate chips, dates, etc. etc.
Ideas:
Raspberry Chocolate-Chip
Blackberry Fig
Orange almond raisin
Apple ginger walnut
JUST. GO. WILD.
Serve with something healthy and green! Feel free to add in your own touch. My hubby doesn't like onions or peppers--why I use powders! Remember small portions. This is a good Sunday meal to have every couple of weeks.
This dish has all those great margarita flavors, plus shrimp, avocado & cilantro. It takes almost no time to make--shelling the shrimp is the only real work here.
This is an easy recipe that doesn't require a ton of prep. Make the rice ahead of time to save time! Even the kids love it!
With plenty of protein and healthy fats, this carrot cake shake makes a perfect post-workout drink or meal replacement.
