Just the right amount of spice and flavor, a hearty bowl of soup packed with good stuff to fill you up (shared with me by my cooking extraordinaire friend Tammi)!
Enjoy this salad with a Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing (spray dressing adds only 10 calories). 3 Points per serving (including salad dressing spray). You can substitute chicken for the Prosciutto or add goat cheese if you need more calcium.
Chop onion and bell pepper and saute in tablespoon of oil. Add turkey when vegetables are soft. Put the turkey mixture into a pot with diced canned tomatoes and two cans of black beans (with liquid). Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to taste.
