A creamy, easy to prepare dip that fits perfectly into the old Tupperware jello mold. Needs to be made the evening before, and sit overnight to mingle the flavors.
We use the habanero chicken sausage from Costco. This is SO GOOD!

Half a can of chunk light tuna in water; drained
a whole ripe tomato medium sized chopped
1/4 of a large apple with skin
1/4 cup Lentils, pre-cooked
1/4 cup Quinoia, pre-cooked
1/4 cup canned red kidney beans rinsed and drained
1/4 small Avocado (about 1/4 cup)
1 tbsp of chopped pecans
1 tsp. of chia seeds
1/4 cup English cucumber chopped
1 lemon wedge
GOOD HOT FILLING SOUP , LOW IN CAL AND FAT CAN EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT AND NOT FEEL GUILTY
