season pork with red pepper and brown in hot lightly oil skillet. Mix marinade mix, oil, and vinegar in small bowl. reserve 2 tbsp of marinade for basting. Add remaining marinade, turn to coat well. Refrigerate for at least 15 min. bake until desired doneness. Bake @ 350 for about 30 min

boil 5 cups of water and cook the rice for 40 min

serve .5 cup of the pork mixture over 1 c of rice
