Heat olive oil, & butter & saute freshly chopped garlic about 3 to 4 minutes. Add shrimp (fresh Maine shrimp works great! but any will do) and cook until pink. Place in bowl and set aside. Add 2 bottles clam juice and lemon juice to pan and heat.
When pasta is done, drain and place in large pasta bowl. Add add shrimp to broth and mix in with pasta and finally add the fresh chopped parsley. Serves 6 to 8
