Fantabulously Yummy Pasta Salad
Fantabulously Yummy Pasta Salad

I've been preparing this pasta salad for many years, only recently substituting Barilla multi-grain for the plain variety. Whichever type of pasta you use, it's a sure-fire crowd pleaser - one that's chock full of fresh veggies! I like it with just a drop or two of Frank's Hot Sauce added to the mix, but you can leave it out, if you prefer. The recipe is a standard around our household as a spring and summer side dish accompaniment to everything from grilled mahi mahi to hot dogs - the family loves it! I find that the juices from the vegetables make the 6 T of mayo stretch! One final note: It's especially pretty and colorful when served on a bed of romaine or fresh spinach!
