This banana nut bread uses Splenda Sugar Blend and a combination of all purpose and whole wheat flours. The oil is rreduced by using applesauce.
Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries are blended together to create this delicious and tart smoothie.

Homemade Granola. Is there anything better? I make mine with organic oats and cranberries. Could take it even further by using organic brown sugar too, but I didn't go that far. :-) Delicious served with milk for breakfast but I love it with yogurt for lunch.
Summers coming, better start trying out some low calorie Popsicles that I can eat with out feeling guilty! I have this one in the freezer now and will load a picture when it's frozen. It looks pretty good!
This is super easy and if you take the time to really work the oil over the kale you can cut calories by only using 1 tsp oil vs. 1 Tbs like a lot of other recipes call for.
