This is a very lite a fresh treat. I always want sweets and this satisfys that craving with very little calories.
Ok so my kids named it... I invented this one night when i was trying to find something healthy for the kids to eat but didn't have much in the cupboard, except mushy bananas!
Swiss combination of grains, nuts, dried fruit and yogurt you make the night before so it is ready when you wake up.
Yummy when you feel icky, but I was tired of putting it in everyday separately so sorry all
crunchy and refreshing this fruit salad does not disappoint. no one will know it's weight watchers.
A combo I came up with, I'm sure I'm not the first. It's great by itself or as an oatmeal topping!
