Homemade yogurt with Kroger Carbmaster as starter, 1% milk, and 1/8 cup of sugar (about .85t of sugar per serving)
Fabulous little concoction that uses pre-cut chunks of strawberries, mangos & pineapple. Add a banana & some yogurt for a perfect treat or snack!
This is an easy thing to just whip together.
Throw the first 6 ingredients together, knead, let sit in a bowl covered with plastic wrap for 45 minutes to an hour.
Punch and flatten, throw on a pizza sheet with some cornmeal or lots of flour so pizza doesn't stick,
Put on tomato sauce, cheese and your choice of ingredients.
I've tweaked several recipes to make my own version of pumpkin muffins. You could use egg substitute to make it even more light and healthy. Very flavorful, spicy pumpkin taste. Great with a cup of coffee or glass of milk on a cold day.
