i was just wanting a fruit smoothie one night and i was whiping up stuff out of no where..and it was soo good...so good that my cuzins and brothers and sisters were asking me to make them some and how to make it..
but ive been willing to try and add some more stuff to it..to see if it taste better..but i havnt gotten around to it..
so heres some things that might make it taste good..try to add some if you like?

:kiwi, fruit juice, capri sun juice, pears in can, canalope, watermelon w/o seeds, cherries, small orange cuts? maybe a lil bit of plum slices,pinneapples, orange juice? cool whip?

From a recipe I found here on SP, but used less oil and made more servings, so needed to recalculate the NI.
Great home made green juice. Less expensive then juice cleanse options.
Great for snacking - my kids love them! And they are super low in calories and fat but high in fibre.

Always on the search for ways to use fruit that is a little too ripe. This recipe was a hit!! It combines your ripe bananas, with pumpkin and chopped apples. Add in some protein powder and you've got yourself a perfect breakfast or snack!
I made a few adjustments to the original recipe, shown in my ingredients list. For example, I used organic pastry flour (which is a lighter whole wheat flour vs. your normal bleached white flour), subbed coconut oil for butter, used a combination of granulated sugar and coconut sugar for the sugar, and added 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder.
These came out amazingly moist!! I was looking for a recipe to use up bananas (again) and some strawberries that I had left over at the end of the week.
I came across this recipe and made some adaptations for my own personal preferences and ingredients that I had in the house.

This trail mix includes Goji berries, which are considered a Superfruit for their incredible nutritional value and for having one of the highest rankings on the ORAC scale (Oxygen, Radical, Absorbance, Capacity), which measures their antioxidant activity. I just think they are YUMMY!!
Make this mix ahead and split into quarter cup servings! Take for a healthy, filling snack where ever you go!
These muffins are a wholesome and yummy snack. They're still quite sweet so feel free to ratchet down the sugar a bit if this is a concern. Yields 12 large muffins(comparable to the size you'd get at a coffee shop) so you can easily divide into smaller servings.
Muffins that you can add anything to! I almost always add cinnamon and nutmeg, and sometimes I add chocolate chips, coconut, oats, etc. Of course, alter the nutritional value for anything added to this recipe.
Yummy smoothie with greens mixed in, plus protein, I love it for breakfast, gives me energy, fills me up for hours.
