This casserole is a high fat recipe. It would be healthier using low fat soups, more veggies, and brown rice. I wouldn't advise making it often, but perhaps as a treat. This is completely healthy, and sweet because of the stevia which is super concentrated and no calories! I got it at the health food store, and its not artificial. If you have regular stevia like TRUVIA, then add about .75-1 c. to equal about the same. completely Healthy!Submitted by ANNAFRECKER

Santa Fe refried beans are already dehydrated and available in some grocery stores or on Amazon. I have dehydrated canned refried beans and like Santa Fe brand better.
The True Lime really adds a lot of flavor! Reminds me of Chipotle Restaurant tortilla chips.
