Classic tuna salad with egg, lots of protein, low carb. You can eat this in lettuce wraps, low carb wraps, or if you need whole grains, eat on whole wheat bread.

Tuna, Low Sodium, Wh Bean, Veggie Salad

Made from dried white beans, with no sodium added.
Based on a recipe that I used to add pasta instead of beans.
I noted that the size of cans of Tuna has changed since I joined Spark. Deflation of the can?

Salmon Salad

Low enough in calories to be used as a sandwich for a meal or on whole wheat crackers for a filling snack.

I used Alaskan Salmon for this recipe because in Alaska it is illegal to fish farm. Which means that any Salmon from Alaska will be free of any antibiotics or steroids.

These are really great to eat and you can substitute the crab for salmon if you like and substitute chives for regular onions if you like. I like using Whole Grain Mustard myself but you can use the dijon.

Tangy Black Bean and Salmon Salad

Kind of strange combo, but actually quite good! I'd recommend finding a different can of salmon than the trader joe's - mine still had part of a spinal column in it and i had to pick out the bones. GROSS.

This has the right amount of carbohydrate to protein ratio for lunch. This is also a healthy way to incorporate another vegetable into your day, and is great with a side salad. Enjoy.
