This is a low-cal take on the Sloppy Joe, using turkey and vegetables. Turkey provides the low-cal protein and lots of veggies make this healthy.
Serves 8 (1 piece each)
Oven fried boneless skinless chicken thighs.
Nutrition calculated to reflect the extra ingredients needed in order to have enough mixture to coat the chicken. I calculated that about 1/2 of the mixtures are left over.
These versatile GF/CF chicken nuggets are a hit with the whole family. Eat them plain, with dips or toppings, or use them in casseroles or other recipes.
This is a great slimmed down version of that wonderful full fat cheesy chicken spaghetti. Delish!!

This recipe looks and tastes gourmet, but is easy to make. I like to serve it over spinach that was sauteed with olive oil and garlic. This is one of my husband's favorite dinners.

This is a receipe that is fast becoming a family favorite. It is a combination of 3 seperate types of bean and made with lean ground turkey to help lighten the calorie load. For a 2 cup service, only 322 calories!!!!

Similar concept to another recipe of mine, and other popular recipes on this site, but this recipe uses low sodium ingredients, and is still very tasty! I freeze leftovers in small microwaveable containers, and place them back in the refridgerator the day before I want to reheat them.
