An easy to do recipe with delicious results. Half a cup of olives is an optional addition to this dish. It goes well with rice.
Original recipe calls for cream of mushroom soup, but since no one in my family likes mushrooms, and the cream of chicken enhances the flavor, I use cream of chicken soup instead.
This is another great recipe to start before heading out for the day, I serve it with rolls or texas toast. One serving is half a breast with a quarter portion of the veggies. Very easy to modify or throw together with stuff in the fridge!
For a quick and easy dinner throw some fresh veggies in a heated pan. Saute to desired crispness add the can chicken toss well and add honey with your soy sauce. After after second toss turn off burner and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
This works well with frozen chicken breasts. Just place them in a freezer bag with the marinade and let them thaw in your fridge. They marinade and thaw at the same time.
The marinade is poured off the chicken making the cals on this even lower.

This was supposed to be a MOCK Pasta Fagoli but I forgot to add the pasta. Keeps the carbs low in the end. This is a wonderfully hearty soup and sodium content was kept low with the chicken broth instead of a bullion cube.
