This chopped salad is a complete meal and very yummy. Toss with your fave dressing and calculate your calories. We usually use Jalapeno Ranch dressing.
This dressing is so creamy, and essentially no fat. It's great on salad or used as a dip for veggies. It's a little thin, but it's good on paninis too.
This recipe makes approximately 34 Tablespoons of dressing.
Calories based on 1 Tablespoon serving.
Uses chopped garlic, not garlic powder.
The original recipe also calls for finely chopped red and yellow bell peppers, but I don't like them so I left them out.
