I use several types of lettuce, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes, green peppers, bunching onions, black olives, almonds or walnuts, just whatever you want. I also put in grapes or strawberries, halved or sliced to add some more sweet to it. Top it off with a low-fat cheese, such as Mozzarella, maybe a little sliced deli meat and you have a meal in one for less than 500 calories.
