juice 4-5 lemons
add 6 cloves of garlic minced
salt and pepper to taste
add olive oil and whisk

I don't put the feta into the dressing, that way I can measure how much I cheese am eating.
This is a very light, tasty, and filling salad that I often eat for lunch or dinner. This is my attempt to duplicate a salad that my office cafeteria serves, only including veggies that I like.
This is a nice dressing to add to a tossed salad. I use several types of lettuce, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes, green peppers, bunching onions, black olives, almonds or walnuts, just whatever you want. I also put in grapes or strawberries, halved or sliced to add some more sweet to it. Top it off with a low-fat cheese, such as Mozzarella, maybe a little sliced deli meat and you have a meal in one for less than 500 calories.
Quick, easy and tasty, loving raw garlic is a must, otherwise use 1/2 to 1 clove of garlic!
