I Love full bars because they work BUT they are expensive and making the real recipe is more time consuming, and most of the ingredients are harder to find.
So I experimented using the original rice crispy treat idea recipe as a base but with lower calories and more protien. Makes 8 HUGE bars!
and like the full bars say- enjoy as a snack with 8-16 oz of water 30 minutes before any large meal or trigger food- it will make you eat less! :)

Homemade Granola. Is there anything better? I make mine with organic oats and cranberries. Could take it even further by using organic brown sugar too, but I didn't go that far. :-) Delicious served with milk for breakfast but I love it with yogurt for lunch.
