Adapted from a Canadian LIving recipe - my husband doctored it up and came up with this incredibly yummy soup!
This is a version of a very popular soup in Turkish cuisine. It has plenty of protein and is quite low fat.
Traditional rice-thickened bisque. The color will lean to green if you use the prescribed fresh ingredients. Reduce quantities of herbs if you are cooking with dried.

Get low sodium onion soup mix.
Read the directions on how to prepare soup. (1 package, and 4 coups of water)
Finely chop green Cabbage
Finely chop Onion
Add ingredients to water, bowl for about 10minutes.
Serve in bowls and enjoy!!!
Delicious and very healthy!!
Optional:
whole wheat french bread submerged in the bowl with shredded Low-Cal mozzarella
