Recipe by my maple-loving daughter.
Trying green garlic for the first time and wanting to use my fresh Ontario asparagus, I came up with this.
Delicious and healthy way to use a little kale. No parmesan in this recipe but add to your dish if you like.
Lots of textures and very high in vitamins and minerals.
From pinterest recipe but I halved oil, added veg bouillon. Original calls for fresh thyme which I did not have.
I add carrots for colour and sweetness, and they look similar to cheese.

Perfect substitute for canned beans. Excellent for inclusions in recipes. NO Sodium!
For a Mediterranean-style Side Dish - I usually serve this with a sprinkle of extra virgin olive oil, fresh squeezed lemon juice & a dash of sea salt.
My daughter makes this and told me how. Pretty and fresh-tasting cold dish that's nice to share.
