This is a great vegan breakfast drink. I use it for breakfast when on a cleanse because it boosts my protein intake during a time when I'm not eating meat. I also use this as an intense nutrient boost when I get hungry during a cleanse.
This is a great fresh vegetable salad with a lot of substance. Crammed with super greens and fresh summer vegetables, it makes for a satisfying side dish on a hot day. A full 3-4 servings of veggies! Cool and Juicy!

I altered some spices for family allergies and used sunflower seeds instead of pumpkin.
Even my husband who is very anti-vegetarian foods LOVES this chili recipe. There is a decent variety of vitamins represented in this recipe as well.
