Add a LITTLE extra flavor to your veggies by pan frying up some turkey bacon while you steam your veggies until they are ALMOST DONE. Then add them to the pan with bacon and stir. The flavor of the bacon permeates the veggies. This IS tastier with real bacon as the flavor is stronger, but healthier with the turkey bacon.Submitted by NRGMAMA
A tasty muffin, decently low in calories without using artificial alternatives. Adding oats, applesauce and egg white in the batter makes it lower in calories. It still tastes like a "normal" muffin, you can't tell it's healthier, which is a plus in my book!Submitted by MOMMYMEMOMMY
