Absolutely excellent chili using canned black soybeans and a true 30 minute, 1 pot meal. Have your local supermarket order them for you, or buy online from netrition.com. Beans are very high in carbs and are not permitted on most low-glycemic or low-carb diets and the addition of black soybeans gives this a most authentic taste and feel. I love this recipe, I made this up to flavor up some chicken and eat it al the time since I have been dieting. It is so good! I hope you all think so too! I like this the best with the chicken cooked on the grill but you can do whatever method you like to cook the chicken.Submitted by SNAVELA1
