Try our version of this spicy south-western favorite.
I hope that you like this, because it was really yummy to my roommate and I. It looks like it has a lot of ingredients, but it is really easy to make. Feel free to sub shrimp for other seafood or poultry.
P.S. Please excuse the tacky picture--I was really feeling myself ;-)
P.P.S. Please don't hesitate to season the shrimp VERY good, this dish will get most of it's flavor from the broth left from shrimp.

A different take on a traditional Italian flavour combination
Any extra crumb mixture can be frozen, provided it has not been in contact with the raw meat.
The meat can either be seasoned to taste with salt and pepper before crumbing or the seasonings can be added, to taste, with the garlic powder in the making of the crumbs.
This would work well as a coating on steak cooked on a flat BBQ plate also.

This is a fast and easy recipe that tastes like a special occassion. The red wine can be replaced with 2 tablespoons of vinegar and water topped up make 1/2 cup. The Splenda may be replaced with brown or white sugar. Nutrition info is for Splenda, not sugar. Submitted by PRAIRIEDAWNPAM
The original recipe says to do this over a grill, which I think would be fantastic. However, apartment living doesn't always allow that. I throw it in the oven for a while until the outsides have turned dark and the inside is a perfect medium.Submitted by BUBSY012
I modified the following recipe to add some protein, using what I already had on hand. Chicken or taco meat or any other meat would be good, too.
