A comforting classic with a mild garlic taste and very little added fat. We used very little butter but served it on top so you can really taste it.
This is a great low-cal alternative to mash potatoes. Surprisingly, I think it tastes similar to the point you won't miss them even! Cauliflower with cream cheese & cheddar cheese to top. A great side dish!Submitted by MOMMYBUTTERFLY
