I love this recipe! It can be used as a sauce for grilled meats, a dressing for salads or steamed vegetables, or as a marinade for tofu or other lean proteins. You will always find it in my refrigerator.

The next time you're craving a peanut butter cookie, don't go out and buy a whole bag, just whip this single serve cookie up in minutes with ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.Submitted by BLOGILATES
This dessert is to die for and can be made with so many different flavors. Try chocolate, vanilla, pistachio—the sky's the limit! Plus, it has 19 grams of protein in just one serving!Submitted by CHERRYDOLL
You can lighten this recipe up by using non-fat parm but I love it this way and it still is a reasonable calorie count. The quinoa makes this pilaf extra nutritional. One of my family's favorite sides. Could also be a good main meal by adding cubed chicken breast or just leave vegetarian (use vegetable stock instead of chicken). Sometimes I add a different variety of veggies like green beans.Submitted by CLINARD
Faster, cheaper and just as rich and delicious but so much more healthy than the restaurant versions. Try substituting the unsweetened chocolate Almond Breeze almond milk for a chocolately treat. Submitted by MRSDUDLEY
This is a nice spinach salad with oranges and almonds and the sweet-sesame dressing can be used as a great dip for raw veggies, spring rolls, and dumplings. The calories will be less if you use low-sodium soy sauce but they didn't have that listed.
