Yummy taco salad recipe for 17 day diet cycle 1. I added a can of diced tomatoes and extra seasoning to meat and cooked off the extra moisture to make this sooo good. You don't even miss the shells or chips!Submitted by SALLEN7093
This recipe is designed for the 17 Day Diet Stage 1 menu. It's heavy on vegetables and low on fat, replacing most of the usual mayonnaise with non-fat Greek yogurt. It's crunchy yet surprisingly creamy with a nice little kick from the red pepper. If you are eating the 17 Day Diet plan, eat in a salad or straight from a small bowl, or stuff a tomato with it!
