I've been tinkering with granola bars for a while now, and this is by far the best. The calorie count is high for a snack, but it works well as a meal replacement for breakfast, say before your work out. It has high protein and fiber and sufficient fat. I think they will be perfect for my hubby and his buddy on their crazy antler shed hunts! I plan on bringing them to the gym for after my workouts.Submitted by ADRIENNE29
