Mexican baked fish

A baked fish dish. You get to choose the heat. Use mild salsa for a little heat and extra hot salsa for lots of heat! Serve with rice, black beans, warm tortillas and lime Margaritas for a festive meal!"

This dish has all those great margarita flavors, plus shrimp, avocado & cilantro. It takes almost no time to make--shelling the shrimp is the only real work here.Submitted by ANEWAY

Remember - even though it's 400 calories, it's a FULL meal, including the fish, potatoes, and green beans. Not too shabby. :)

Mexican Halibut Bake

This is a recipe I got from a friend and then toned it down some. She used a LOT more butter and definitely no fat-free or light items.

Here in Alaska, we find our chest freezer bursting with halibut and salmon. This is my favorite way to eat my halibut. The sauce is great as a dip as well. Especially yummy with bell peppers.Submitted by KODIAKMAMA
