Cookbook creator says: couple of tweaks here and there... Bernardin's Complete Book of Home Preserving has a recipe for "Sunshine Rhubarb Juice Concentrate" which calls for 12 c sliced rhubarb, 4 c water, zest and juice from an orange and a lemon, and 1 and 1/2 c sugar. Makes 4 pints. process 10 minutes in a water bath.Submitted by CD7041879
