These come out very moist. I found this on the back of a grocery store ad and made a few changes. The original called for 2 tsp of Thyme, 1/4 c of Parmesan, & 2 c of cornflakes. I measured after I dipped and found I had a good 1/2 c of mixture left so I cut the recipe back accordingly.
* For those of you that are salt restricted- You might want to leave out the salt as there's probably enough in the Parmesan cheese. I just sprinkled a little salt over the bowl.
I also extended the cooking time. The original time was 20 mins.Submitted by NANADEB49
I got the idea for this recipe from the Hungry Girl 200 reciepes for under 200 cal cookbook, just substituting chicken for tilapia. It was soooo good and takes care of the BBQ and sweet cravings in one shot. My kids even loved it. Hey, it got a picky three year old to eat...Submitted by DANWERNECKE
This soup is so versitile. I wind up tossing in whatever vegetables I need to use up and it always tastes good. Sometimes I add a bit of hot sauce for a kick.
A serving is about a cup, just perfect to pack for lunch with a half sandwich.Submitted by AZHIKERCHICK

There's this salad at Buca Di Beppo and they use a dressing similar to this on their Apple Gorgonzola Salad. It's not right according to my boyfriend who works there, but i love it anyway. It's always better after a few days in the fridge. (ps, this isn't my recipe, i found in on the internet look for meemoskitchen on google)Submitted by MMPIXIE
This is a meal and it is great to make in advance - freeze or have in fridge for a couple of days. It is incredibly filling and very hard to eat the entire serving. This is phase 1 protocol compliant if you can mix vegetables.Submitted by HAPYCLRK
