Variations on Slim Gourmet Mac and Cheese from Cooks.com, although their caloric calculations are much lower, probably from calculating this as a side dish. I like to bake this over spinach and/or add diced cooked ham for a heartier main dish. Great with a simple salad in warm weather or bowl of hearty tomato, black bean or pumpkin soup when it's chilly outside.Submitted by AQUAJANE
