Cookbook creator says: I reduced this recipe by half and had 3 servings to enjoy over 2 days. I live alone and don't have a freezer, so do a lot of reducing recipes. The vegetable ingredients make a very nice soup, with a dash of dark sesame oil, natural soy sauce and hot pepper sauce.Submitted by TUONGLAI
Cookbook creator says: Love the garlic,- roasted garlic is totally different from raw garlic, which burns my mouth. Sauteing the cloves until they brown brings out the sweet and mellow flavour.Submitted by CHEF_MEG
