These come out light and make nice pancakes. They are totally rice flour and therefore are white. I feel they have little flavor however and are slightly more "eggy" than I like. Adding a bit of corn, oat or buckwheat flour may make them better (a bit more liquid would be required also). Or maybe just add vanilla, cinnamon, that kind of thing.Submitted by PRAIRIEKATS
