These are a great tasting low calorie snack.These muffins are not only low in calories but they are low in sugar with 3.1 grams of sugar in eachone.
If you would rather use 1 Cup Of splenda and 1 cup of Sugar the calories per muffin end up being 213.

This modified recipe excludes added salt, replaces 1 tbsp olive oil with 2 tbsp oil substitute and replaces 2 tsp brown sugar with 1 tsp stevia powder. It replaces 100% whole wheat flour with half whole wheat and half rye flour.
The nutrition info does not yet include homemade dough enhancer.

This is an adaptation of an excellent Spark low-fat chocolate cake recipe. I wanted to make it sugar free as well as low fat to shave off some calories. It's about half of the calories of the cake made with sugar.

I never EVER thought I could eat banana bread without downing an insane amount of fat and calories. This recipe is pretty amazing because you get a nice FAT CHUNK of sweet banana bread for not a lot of calories—and it has almost 4 grams of fiber to boot!Submitted by BRENDANMTALLEY
