This is a delicious, light, refreshing dessert. It's low cal and sugar and can be made with the lite pie filling in any flavor. Note that this needs to be made the night before to soften the graham crackers. Submitted by HOCKIMAMA
Enhanced Oopsie Roll recipe made with peanut butter for a dairy free version ( instead of cream cheese). I would say it is way better than the original Oopsie Roll because it has more structure to it and is very bread- like. It is best served of course with some jelly or your other favorite toppings. Enjoy!Submitted by AGATKAAA17

Banana and oatmeal are a perfect pair in these not-too-sweet treats.
I used to love grabbing smoothies, until I stumbled across the nutrition facts! I was really in shock when I looked up the nutritional information for my favorite smoothie, the jamba juice banana berry smoothie. The smoothie can contain up to 560 calories, and GET THIS, 115g of sugar. You think you are doing something good for your body, instead you are overloading it with tons of added sugar and other hidden culprits like frozen yogurt and sherbet! While the froyo and sherbet they add are fat free, they are desserts in themselves, and not something I want in mid day pick me up.
I came up with a smoothie that is just as creamy, thick and sweet as jambas smoothies, without all the added calories, sugar, and frozen desserts.

This version of macaroon cookies is reminiscent of the popular Almond Joy candy bars. In this recipe, pineapple replaces some of the sugar for natural sweetness, and egg whites are used in place of condensed milk for a lighter and healthier macaroon.Submitted by MARISACHURCHILL
