You don't have to be vegetarian to enjoy veggie burgers! I think they are great, and making them homemade is even better! They are easy to freeze and have on hand for later, too. I adapted this recipe to a healthier version. I usually make them whenever I cook quinoa for a meal, and I just make a couple extra cups of quinoa for these. They are super easy to make!
