No Guilt Breakfast Muffins

These are really really good!!! Have them for a snack, or do what I do, which is have one before working out, and one before breakfast. I put 6 in a quart size ziplock bag and keep them in the freezer until I want them, then just keep one bag in the fridge. They are light, moist and REALLY good! :) Hope you enjoy!!Submitted by AMBERV1781

Oats Upma makes a great tasting, spicy yet reasonably healthy breakfast.
It's a “Quick and Easy" to prepare recipe even if one is in a hurry. Just cut the Onions and Green Chillies and you can have Oats Upma ready in just about 10-15 minutes.

Slow Cooker Maple Pear Walnut Cake Oatmeal

This one tastes like fall in a bowl! If you don’t have maple extract, just use maple syrup as your sweetener to add that maple flavor. The maple really makes you think of the autumn leaves, the pear adds a little tart and a little sweet, and the walnuts add just the right amount of crunch.Submitted by KATHY_HESTER

These cookies have reduced the fat by using light margarine and replacing some of it with applesauce. I have also replaced 1/2 cup of flour with flax meal and wheat germ. This makes them high in fiber, less than 100 calories each and totally DELICIOUS.Submitted by AMYMURRAYADAMS
