These are really really good!!! Have them for a snack, or do what I do, which is have one before working out, and one before breakfast. I put 6 in a quart size ziplock bag and keep them in the freezer until I want them, then just keep one bag in the fridge. Oats Upma makes a great tasting, spicy yet reasonably healthy breakfast.

This one tastes like fall in a bowl! If you don’t have maple extract, just use maple syrup as your sweetener to add that maple flavor. These cookies have reduced the fat by using light margarine and replacing some of it with applesauce. I have also replaced 1/2 cup of flour with flax meal and wheat germ. This makes them high in fiber, less than 100 calories each and totally DELICIOUS.Submitted by AMYMURRAYADAMS
